That is the value we bring, and it remains central to how we work (and will always work).
While AI can be useful for efficiency with administrative support pulling data, it works by referencing content and patterns from what already exists. Great brands do not stand out by looking like everything else. They stand out through originality and a strategically defined brand image.
We want our clients to be able to confidently own their brand IP, supported by work that is entirely tailored to their business, something generic AI outputs can never match.
Because copyright and ownership of AI-generated content remains an evolving area across different markets, Mercho’s position is to avoid unnecessary risk by restricting AI use.
We may use AI selectively for high-level research, market landscape scanning, and early / draft concepts needing mock photography and staged mockup scenes for brand presentation purposes only.
